Job title: General Manager
Salary: $180k-$200k (plus bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead P&L management, executing strategic plans to enhance profitability, productivity, and quality.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and innovation.
• Manage the site management team to exceed operational metrics and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement initiatives to drive productivity and revenue growth.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce process improvements, presenting recommendations to senior leadership
• Interface with customers, engaging in operational reviews, QBRs, and pricing discussions.
• Develop and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans.

Key Requirements:

• Proven success in a senior managerial role, with strong decision-making abilities
• Experience in financial management and operational procedures in contract manufacturing, EMS, and Reverse Logistics industries.
• Prior experience managing and scaling up brand new sites and operations.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar Certification
