MBI Motors is looking for a professional Service Advisor to join our company. We are a premier independent Mercedes Benz and BMW repair facility with a great reputation as one of the most honest repair shops in Portland. We are looking for another friendly face to add to the frontline to greet and build individual relationships with our clients over their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. The kind of person we are looking for will have great people skills, the ability to multi task and the capability to communicate in a confident and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person. This will require a person to be detail oriented. The smallest details can make all the difference between a good experience and a bad one for our clients. We are looking for a person with integrity, motivation and the ability to work through the infinite scenarios that being a service advisor is presented on a daily basis.

MBI works on about 250-300 Mercedes Benz, BMW, Smart Cars and Minis per month. We have authorized diagnostic equipment that we have purchased directly from the manufacturer (Mercedes and BMW) and have them updated on a yearly basis. Our six technicians have a minimum of 15 years experience with several having 30 and 40 years experience. We are always looking to grow and will be hiring two additional technicians.

Required:
2 years of experience as a service advisor
General automotive mechanical knowledge
Pass a drug screen for illegal substances
Have valid drivers license
Pass background check
Legal to work in USA
