Description:
WE ARE HIRING FUN, STRONG, ENERGETIC INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT FITNESS AND SALES!
The Sales Associates are responsible for actively pursuing enrollment of new members, derived from self- generated and studio-generated programs. They should be held accountable to adhere to the standard operating system as defined in this manual and all headquarter training programs.
- Sales Associates can be a full-time or part-time position, paid hourly with opportunities for commission.
- Must be available to minimum of 4 shifts per week. AM SHIFT: 5:30am- 12:00pm or PM SHIFT 12:00pm-7:30pm.
- Qualifications should include a desire to work in the fitness industry, fitness experience preferred but not mandatory. Sales experience recommended, but not mandatory.
- Should be proficient in membership sales, private coaching, classes, merchandise sales, local marketing initiatives, member experience and retention, customer service, studio sanitation, and lead generation.
Requirements:
The Sales Associates primarily responsible for contributing to the following areas:
- Membership sales
- Private Coaching sales
- Merchandise sales
- Local marketing / lead generation
- Member retention
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the studio
- Professional customer service
- They must possess the following attributes to be successful:
- Ability to drive revenue at a consistently high level.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Above average computer literacy
- Professional social skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
Candidates should have a desire to work in the fitness industry, fitness experience preferred but not mandatory. Sales experience recommended, but not mandatory.
The compensation package consists of a base hourly, commission, and bonus structure. This is recommended compensation structure for this position. Compensation package is at the sole discretion of the franchisee.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
