Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with the (EOD) Kitchen Coordinator Regarding end of day cleaning tasks
- Communicating needs or concerns to/with the Production Manager
- Completing scheduled cleaning procedures and standard equipment maintenance
- Proper inventory intake and stock rotation
- Documenting cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Communicating and collaborating with fellow sanitation and EOD employees to ensure all tasks are completed

- Communicating with the (Ordering) Kitchen Coordinator when cleaning supplies are needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, custodial, or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Experience in the food industry or similar environment is a plus
- Proficiency in managing sanitation operations
