You know that the Silver Springs production team can’t make our products without meeting high food safety, cleanliness and quality standards and take pride in your contribution to the process.

Qualifications and Attributes 

• Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques.
• Computer knowledge/familiar with touch screen controls.
• Ability to operate a forklift or other necessary equipment to facilitate maintenance duties.
• Ability to accurately recognize safe working habits.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds rarely and 50 pounds occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. 

Starting wage $20 per hour plus a weekend differential  

Requirements

Sanitation: Meticulously follows all sanitation procedures knowing the importance of cleanliness in a food manufacturing environment. Always ready to help out.

Equipment Maintenance. Ensures that production equipment is well maintained and ready to be used.

Works Well With Others: Works closely and positively with manager and other people at all levels in the company. 

Timeliness: Understands the importance of ensuring equipment and facility meet cleanliness and safety standards so that your production teammates can do their job well and on time.
