300 East Seventeenth Apartments is hiring a Part-time Concierge for an immediate opportunity in Denver
Job Summary:
The part-time concierge is responsible for providing complimentary services for residents and visitors while maintaining the appearance of public access areas including the office and clubhouse. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting residents and visitors, providing guidance on inquiries about the community and monitoring the premises.
Essential Job Duties:
- Inspects property common areas and grounds on a regular basis, and works with community staff to make sure that the property’s appearance is acceptable
- Greet residents and prospective residents when they enter the property
- Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner
- Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, clubhouse and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed
- Maintains open communication with other members of the community staff
- Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times
Working Hours and Schedule:
- Monday- Friday (8:00am - 1:00pm)
