Maxx Properties is hiring a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to join us in Denver and Aurora. This role offers the opportunity to work at different multi-family communities that are owned and managed by Maxx Properties. The Floating Maintenance Supervisor will have a weekly schedule and assist our communities in various ways including but not limited to work orders, turns, special and ad-hoc projects.

As a Floating Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands-on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.

Who and what skills are we looking for?

• A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal certification is required
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality
