```Overview```
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical support personnel
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and oversee administrative activities, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting and expense tracking
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks
- Provide support to senior management as required

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions and healthcare management principles
- Experience with managed care organizations and utilization management is a plus
