Overview:
Class E Chauffeurs license a big plus! We are seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning services using better than industry-standard equipment and techniques
- Inspect carpets for stains, damages, or other issues prior to cleaning
- Pre-treat carpets with appropriate cleaning solutions
- Operate carpet cleaning machines and equipment effectively and safely
- Remove furniture or obstacles from the area before cleaning
- Ensure proper ventilation during and after the cleaning process
- Address any customer concerns or questions regarding the carpet cleaning process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field is NOT preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and move furniture as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
