Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the exceptional customer experience on our carpet cleaning and water restoration job sites
• Anticipate and address challenges before they arise by embodying our "One Step Ahead" approach
• Display excellent communication skills when keeping in touch with customers, management, and the office
• Take immense pride in going above and beyond for our customers
• Exhibit dedication to maintaining and caring for equipment in order to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must clear a clean background check
• Must be able to handle equipment weighing up to 90 lbs (occasionally)
• Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude that shines through in every interaction
• Must have availability for evening work on the first Wednesday of each month

Salary:

• Starting pay of $20/hour
• Opportunities for overtime during the June - August busy season and special occasions
• Commission structure for additional services sold, recognizing, and rewarding your efforts
