Join The Last Hotel in St. Louis as our Night Auditor and be the guardian of exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. If you're a customer service maverick with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction, we want you on our team!

Role Overview: As the Night Auditor, you'll be the face of our hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and maverick spirit will ensure that every guest's stay is memorable.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct the nightly audit process to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with efficiency and care.
• Assist guests with special requests, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance their experience.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Handle any guest issues or emergencies that may arise during the night, resolving them promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and distribute reports detailing nightly operations, including occupancy levels, revenue, and any incidents or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate important information and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service and building rapport with guests.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously, especially during overnight hours.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maverick spirit with a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional hospitality and creating unique guest experiences.
