The HR Generalist works with Matter employees at various levels to provide human resources support. The Human Resources Generalist will directly assist the HR Manager with recruitment & selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other HR processes. This role is also responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and administration of HR policies and programs to support the culture and business objectives of Matter Family Office.
