Matt O'Neill Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Commercial Sales Specialist Near Charleston, SC

Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to assist property owners in selling and leasing their office buildings and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations.

Compensation:

$120,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
  • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
  • Determine the market value of properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices for clients
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process
  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or have the capability to get one!
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
