The main responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Trainee include identifying potential clients through cold prospecting, determining their interest in our products and services, and scheduling meetings for our real estate agents. Unlike most inside sales roles in the real estate industry, where individuals are limited to setting appointments for licensed agents, this opportunity allows you to become a licensed agent yourself. As soon as you have completed SC Licensing, you will work right into outbound sales as a Licensed Agent with our Team. You will take immediate advantage of appts set via the Inside Sales Team, marketing done by our Marketing Team, and Listing/Closing Coordination with our Coordination Team.

• Train and guide individuals in Charleston to assist them in obtaining their real estate licenses.
• Provide sponsorship for real estate school at zero cost to candidates in Charleston.
• Reach out to potential clients in Charleston using designated call lists.
• Arrange consultations between potential clients and licensed agents within the team in Charleston.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts for future follow-ups.
• Follow up with interested prospective clients from past interactions.
• Expect trainees to actively pursue a real estate license with company sponsorship.
