They are seeking an individual to manage the Agency through personal development and overall company growth. Company growth is defined as employee optimization, new business development, and client retention. This individual will be responsible for empowering team members to achieve individual and company goals in addition to the management of paid time off. The daily, monthly, and annual goals are composed of multiple lines of business and multiple key performance indicators. Monthly & annual goals are set by Farmers insurance and are tied directly to achievement clubs and bonuses. The Operations Manager does not have individual production numbers but is tasked with the support and inspiration of the team production.
Examples of needed support responsibilities:
Sales Process- Ensuring that the 3 step Mormile Agency sales process is followed by all licensed
reps.
The managing and assisting of quote reviews – Review quotes with the Reps to look for any errors or discounts missing to ensure accurate quoting to put our reps in the best position to
win the business.
Joint appointments - Run joint appointments with Reps to support with anything needed to
win the business.
Tracking of phone metrics- Reviewing the daily call volume and sending out to all team members. Minimum optimal results are at least 50 total calls for anyone in the service department and 100 calls for anyone in the sales department.
Call scripts - Creating, reviewing, and or editing of call scripts to use for any outbound call campaigns.
Lead volume - Proving lead lists for teammates to follow up on accompanied with a script, instructions, and expectations.
Anything that has to do with new business and retention processes.
