This position is the critical first step in the process of compiling accurate and complete information to prepare for project service work at our customers’ facility. The Operations Support position compiles documentation necessary to kickoff the project and have details ready to move into the next logical step in the process. This is the foundation for providing efficient and quality service to our customers!

Responsibilities of Clerical Operations Support

· Coordinate support within all Operations areas such as scheduling department, technicians, contractors and clients.

· Build good customer service relationships with General Contractors. Work closely with General Contractors to ensure all information for the job is gathered and documented. Being tenacious so everything is accounted is a mandatory trait for success in this position.

· Package all job information for our Service Technicians. This may include blueprints, specs, submittals, and bulletins.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints. We are willing to train on this function of the job, if necessary.

· The duties of the Operations Support position are extremely detailed and repetitive in nature.

· Excellent customer service qualities will add to the success of the candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
