Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Property Showing Assistants. As a Property Showing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in showcasing properties to potential tenants and ensuring a smooth viewing experience. This position requires flexibility as showings may occur on short notice, with at least six hours of advance notice whenever possible. To alleviate the burden on any one individual, we are looking to hire multiple assistants for this role.

Commission Structure:
This position operates on a fully commission-based structure. You will work alongside licensed real estate agents and receive 30% of the commission received by the agent for each successful transaction. This setup provides an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in real estate to gain valuable experience and insight into the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants, adhering to scheduled appointments.
• Open apartments and provide access to prospective tenants.
• Maintain a discreet presence during showings to ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Keep a watchful eye on prospective tenants to prevent any inappropriate behavior or actions.
• Present oneself in a professional and personable manner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for potential tenants.
• Communicate effectively with the leasing team regarding any feedback or concerns from prospective tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property during and after showings.
• Have reliable transportation or be knowledgeable enough about public transportation to arrive on time to apartments.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and short notice showings.
• Attention to detail and the ability to observe prospective tenants discreetly.
• Professional presentation and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation or thorough understanding of public transportation routes to arrive punctually to apartments.
• Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus, but not required.
