Qualifications

Organizational Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
2. Work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
3. Pulls orders for shipment, and verifies pallet count, and loads onto trucks.
4. Loading and checking that all materials are in proper delivery sequence.
5. Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
6. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• The ability to use a scan gun and a computer (AS400)
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. and up to 200 lbs. with team lift
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
• The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• ​​​​​​Understand how to stack pallet appropriately and Sorting, staging and shrink wrapping all pallets.
• Must be able to bend /stoop/crouch/reach/push /pull frequently
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to work in fast-paced team environment
• Fast learner willing to help with Special Projects as needed.
