Job Description
HR Intern that provides functional support to the HR Department over the summer.
Accountabilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system and assist at front desk.
- Assist with various employee activities.
- Various filing as needed.
- Special projects as assigned by Sr. HR Manager & HR Generalist
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Organizational Relationship:
Reports to HR Director
