The HR Technology Analyst is a key member of the HR Technology Team at MasterBrand, providing first line support for all questions and requests coming to the HR Technology team. The HR Technology Analyst will be responsible for completing regular data loads into Workday, running weekly audit reports, updating employee data records and master data setup, troubleshooting common system issues, providing requested data for regulatory reporting, and addressing all Workday business process tasks assigned to HR Technology. In addition, this role will assist with testing system changes, maintaining security assignments, monitoring internal controls, and gathering evidence to demonstrate SOX compliance. This role will be remote with up to 25% travel.
