The Opportunity:
The Finance Systems Analyst position resides within the US Diagnostics affiliate (RDC Finance) and plays a key role in support of Commercial activities. In this role, you will provide critical analytical and systems support for other FiCoE Chapters, Enterprise Leads, and various RDC commercial activities.
As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will prepare and model data to form insights that influence our results and strategies, use advanced analytics to improve business planning and decision making, enable stakeholders to focus on their key activities, and ensure that technological advances are integrated in analytic processes. This role will also partner with IT and internal experts to create sustainable and scalable solutions, and establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes, and financial controls to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information.
Key Finance Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial/management reporting processes, systems, and databases
Effectively deal with routine data problems and inquiries from users within the organization.
Partner with internal groups like IT and other internal experts to develop new solutions and ensure alignment on system updates and implementations
Serve as subject matter expert for finance systems and applications
Translate technical concepts to business leaders
Use data to communicate persuasively
Train finance team members on financial systems and processes

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
4 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
Ability to build reports and grasp querying languages, relational databases, and dimensional reporting cubes.
Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly convey relevant information across multiple levels of the organization and confidently project a professional image that fosters relationship building and collaboration.
Independent, entrepreneurial, self-driven, problem solving attitude
SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, SAP experience preferred
Experience/ability working in an Agile environment
