Are you a dynamic HR Manager with law firm experience.
Our long tenured client is searching for the right "fit" to join their team.
Reports directly to CHRO (who is fantastic)
• Oversee all HR functions, policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, development and retention initiatives.
• Oversee non-exempt staff (administrative and clerical staff)
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
• 4 years of progressive HR experience in a legal (highly preferred) or other professional services organization
• Bachelor’s degree in HR (related field). SHRM Certification desirable.
