CFO - Northern NJ - Reports to CEO - CPA certification is required. Onsite with some flexibility. Base, bonus and equity 

Will lead accounting and finance, support strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance. This includes cash management, researching revenue opportunities, budget and financial reporting, and staff leadership.

CPA certification is a non-negotiable. In addition our client is looking for a leader with:

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a CFO in a publicly traded company with revenue over 200m 
• Manufacturing experience - they are specific in their ask regarding industry and we will share additional details with qualified candidate. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• A Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field of study
