Master Fleet is Hiring a New Business Development Manager Near Green, WI

Our Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationships with customers. This role builds trust and encourages customers to maintain strategic, long-term partnerships. Responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of customers to achieve both the organization and the customers goals. By identifying new opportunities for clients, the Sales & Marketing Manager helps to grow the customer base.

This role oversees integration at all levels of the company to ensure quality services and prompt handling of customer expectations are met. New accounts are managed by the Sales & Marketing Manager, from implementation through to its hand off at the service center level. The Sales & Marketing Manager will embody the companys vision and promote its core values.

Experience is the diesel, transportation, maintenance industries is key!

Major Duties/Essential Functions:

  • Sales Functions:Establish, build and maintain new customer demand.
  • Maintain profitable relationships that are mutually beneficial with key customers.
  • Establishing relationships with key employees of customers
  • Meet regularly with key customers
  • Manage pricing discussions.
  • Interface with operations to solve customer issues.
  • Work with operations to manage flow of demand into shops.
  • Marketing Functions:
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze current demand to develop plans to maximize shop profitability.
  • Study the competition to retain and source new customers.
  • Create market awareness of Masterfleets services.
  • Manage social/digital media presence.
  • Meet with the management/leadership teams create strategic sales plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
