Qualifications
- Medical administrative support and patient service experience
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Optical experience is a plus, but not required
-Must be available to work Saturdays 9am-4pm
