We are adding an Accounts Receivable Associate - Collections to our team working out of our headquarter in Phoenix, AZ. What you will do?

• Accurate, efficient, and effective performance of collections functions which includes but is not limited to:

• Release of orders
• Past terms collections
• Aging review
• Statement review
• Credit Card processing

• Work closely with supervisor to become familiar with and meet process, performance, and communication expectations• Establish and maintain professional business relations with customers• Effectively research, track, and resolve (or properly refer) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies• Maintain confidentiality relating to source documents, data, and reports• Maintain data integrity of company software systems• Oversee file maintenance and organization to ensure that information is easily retrieved• Assume other related duties as required or assigned

What you bring to the table!

• Minimum two (2) years of related experience, three to five (3-5) years of experience preferred• Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliations, and collection functions• Ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, management, and other stakeholders• Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail• Strong time management, problem solving and decision-making abilities• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), accounting software and other common programs

Pay Range: $18 - $22/ hourly
