As a Market Support Specialist, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. As a Market Support Specialist, you are responsible for creating marketing campaigns that align with the company vision and goals, and executing the campaigns throughout the company's intranet, external website, social media accounts, and company events such as career fairs. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Create and manage social media accounts
• Develop social media strategies based on evolving metrics and external/internal feedback
• Familiarity with the company's mission, vision, and goals
• Work closely with sales and marketing staff to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies
• Create websites and social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new employees and clients
• Monitor customer feedback and escalates complaints to the appropriate departments
• Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
• Organize and represents the company at career fairs, events, and trade shows
• Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
• Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
• Maintain and update company intranet and external websites
• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• You have 3 years experience in marketing or advertising
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Have an active presence on social media
• Have familiarity with social media metric tracking preferred
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
• You have a working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• You are resilient with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess high-level attention to detail
• You are competent in MS Office
