Mast Roofing & Construction of Reading, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Construction Foreman to manage a crew in the greater Philadelphia, PA area and get projects done in a timely and accurate manner. This position earns an annual salary of $60,000-$75,000 /year, depending on experience. As a Construction Foreman, you are also the face of our company since you are the one that is consistently out in the field during the project. You are a can-do, get-it-done person who takes responsibility for the performance of you and your team. As both an offensive and defensive player, you help your team prevent delays and stay within budget. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude get customers cheering!

Using your excellent coaching and mentoring skills, you motivate your team to strive for victory. They are in good hands-as you not only teach them well but are very attentive to safety and knowledgeable about OSHA requirements. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

• A 2-year winning record in residential construction
• 1 year crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read plans and blueprints
• Ability to withstand Mother Nature's tactics
• Athletic ability to lift, climb, stretch and perform other tasks typically associated with construction work
• Leadership ability
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
