The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. You learn and understand the business perspective of the internal stakeholders that you are supporting and their needs. The role assesses and anticipates Human Resources related needs and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
You are nimble, customer centric, accurate with attention to details, have labor law knowledge and ability to translate business plans and goals into human resources capabilities needed to achieve results.
You formulate partnerships to deliver value-added service and to enhance the internal customer experience.
You will display energy, edge, energize, execute and you are passionate about what you do.
The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and in the Alexandria, MN area.
