We are seeking an Architectural Associate Construction Project Manager to join our team (preferably student). The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget . Develop/learn project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and developing drawings and specifications for concept through final design.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project coordination and management from inception to completion
- Utilize software such as AutoCad
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Support project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution
Experience:
- Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling
- Familiarity with architecture software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
