Job Summary

This position involves analyzing various aspects of the resort operations, including revenue, expenses, visitation volumes, and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance overall resort performance. Responsibilities include developing standardized reports to assist in evaluating the Company’s performance using Excel and other systems. Developing trend reports and incorporating key metrics into financial reports. Provide monthly analysis of business unit performance, highlight drivers and explanations of variances vs budget and prior years.

Partner with operating team to support the annual budgeting process. Pull and analyze large volumes of data from disparate systems and distill into key insights. Perform ad hoc analysis as needed. Must be highly motivated, inquisitive and be able to work independently. Must have strong Excel skills. Ability to write SQL and knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Must have a bachelor’s degree with focus in finance, accounting or similar degree. 2 -years’ experience as a financial analyst or similar role.

8am-5pm
