You will work closely with our guests to provide an overwhelmingly positive customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer service in a professional massage and facial retreat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Associate include, but are not limited too:
• Provide continuous excellent customer service to our guests
• Selling memberships, retail, gift cards, and more!
• Able to maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment.
• Clerical tasks include filing paperwork, data entry, and assisting guests to fill out electronic forms.
Requirements of the Sales Associate:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with members and guests.
• Must be able to recommend and sell memberships, retail, etc.
• Must be a team player, reliable, and able to take initiative.
• Must be customer service focused with a fun and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
