- Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships and retail products
- Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance and data entry of client records
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and merchandising area
- Selling memberships, elevation packages, retail products & gift cards
- Must be able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products
- Able to effectively communicate with members and guests
- Able to work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude and be customer service focused
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- $15 Hr guaranty (Hourly plus additional $300-$600 possible monthly commission structure) (Dependent on goals met)
