Job Duties:
- Build relationships and loyalty amongst our members and guests.
- Welcome guests upon arrival with superior customer service.
- Educate guests about the Wellness Program Membership.
- Schedule appointments with efficiency
- Problem solving any questions/concerns for excellent customer service.
Education, Skills and Training:
- Strong communication and personable skills.
- Previous customer service, sales, or receptionist experience (preferred).
- Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

- Ability to impact others on your team to be successful too.
- Provide an experience to members and guest that exceeds expectations every day.
