Massage Envy Issaquah is Hiring a Sales Specialist Near Issaquah, WA

Looking for a highly energetic individual with strong skills in sales, who thrives in a team environment and is focused on providing a platform for an exceptional customer experience. This position is the "front line" or the "first impression" of what our members and guests see when they visit our clinic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and use the POS software system
  • Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the Business Manager
  • Conduct tours with new guests to build rapport to facilitate sales
  • Be knowledgeable about services, products and pricing
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the clinic as a wellness advisor
  • Manage schedule to accommodate guests with the intent to grow our membership base
  • Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Other duties as assigned

As a Wellness Advisor at Massage Envy ISSAQUAH, your essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and guests.

Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
  • Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
  • Upholding the Massage Envy core values of *Optimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency and Empathy.
  • Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
