Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals and service providers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

- Manage and grow key accounts, building strong relationships with clients

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals

- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals

- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and provide guidance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers

- Utilize different tools to track sales activities and manage customer data

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or related field

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities

- Solid understanding of the sales process and techniques

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals

- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Excel

- Experience in outside sales and account management

- Experience in managing a team
