Below are some of the job expectations - 

• Main responsibiliy of this position is sales and reaching/exceeding sales goals. Selling memberships and packages, upselling services and products.
• Maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and keeping in well stocked in part of the job.
• Interacting with clients in person and on the phone
• Setting appointments
• Excellence in Guest Experience from phone conversation to booking to intake to check out and follow-up
• Coaching other associates in sales
• Preparing for upcoming promotions and training the team

This is a base commission position requiring a flexible work schedule (evenings and weekends included) as well as ability to cover call outs and ability to interact well with clients.
