The Vice President will oversee Practice Operations in our North Region, which includes the following sub-regions:
This is a hybrid role based out of the Mass General Brigham Corporate Headquarters (Somerville, MA) with the expectation for routine onsite presence at the various North Region sites.
As a key member of the Mass General Brigham Medical Group (MGB MG) executive leadership team, the Regional Vice President, Practice Operations reports to the President/COO, MGB Medical Group and is responsible for regional operational, clinical, and financial leadership and for establishing and executing MGB MG business goals. Directly supervises the regional Executive Directors and Medical Directors. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that the organization functions as a high performing, integrated multispecialty physician group practice. This role is accountable for the development and continuous improvement of administrative, financial, and clinical operating systems that provide and support high quality clinical care, exceptional patient service, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness, fosters provider and staff engagement and satisfaction and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. The Regional Vice Presidents will play a critical role in the merger of eight separate community medical groups in to one harmonized and high-performing organization. This will include partnering with the other Regional Vice President to align regional leadership roles, responsibilities, spans and layers to ensure equity and retain and/or recruit talented leaders.
