Masonite is Hiring a Remote UX Designer I

We heard you knock! Support UX programs, including front-end innovation sessions and development programs. Translate requirements into storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors Advocate for the teams design solutions by consistently putting them in the context of business and end-user goals Participate in project meetings and support program deliverables Participate in user research, usability tests and other evaluation activities utilizing various design thinking methodologies to uncover insights, define user personas and map user journeys. Solve complex design problems for both physical products and Software in simple and intuitive ways Work closely and constructively with product managers, marketing, design/UX team members, engineers, and other team members to deliver outstanding user experiences. Help the team interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations to design decisions based on that feedback.
