Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. This role is pivotal in delivering the best online user experience using various methods and the latest technologies. Job Duties / Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the Design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces

· Assist with conducting research, planning and implementing new designs

· Assist in the development of wireframes, click-through prototypes, and visual designs

· Optimize existing user interface designs

· Communicate with the team to understand the business goals and objectives

· Strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

· Test for intuitiveness and user experience before implementing

· Conduct an ongoing user research

Required Skills/Abilities

· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and technology.

· Ability to discuss and explain design options

· Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver

· Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Excellent verbal/written communications skills and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and proactively in a team environment and collaborate with internal staff and clients.

· Detail oriented with strong organization skills, Critical thinker with the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with numerous projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

· Comfortable with continuous change and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform duties outside of those described.

· Problem solver and customer-centered

Daily Requirements

· Contribute a minimum of 40 working hours per week, in-office Monday – Friday.

· Participate in scheduled meeting(s) to discuss department priorities.

· Professional interaction with other team members including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technology and Management.

Education / Experience

· High School Diploma

· 1 year of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role OR completion of a UI/UX Design Bootcamp

· Experience with wireframe/prototype software (Figma preferred)

· Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver

· 1 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3

· Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· UI design portfolio preferred
