The Designer works in partnership with the Client Managers, Architects, Engineers, and CAD Technicians, and is responsible for producing high-quality construction documentation using CAD/BIM software of various types. The Designer consistently produces high-quality construction documentation in accordance with the project schedule and standards. They often mentor Designers and CAD/BIM Technicians on architectural design and technical software as well as construction assemblies and techniques in the built environment. With offices located in Metro Detroit and Tampa, we have the flexibility of in-office employment as well as the option for remote. The candidate we’re looking for has an exceptional ability to focus in a bustling team environment, and utilize strong time management skills, while occasionally tending to multiple projects at once, ensuring they are of the highest quality once completed. Synopsis
The Designer works with the Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and CAD Technicians, and is responsible for producing high quality construction documentation in accordance with the project schedule and standards.
The Designer will work as a part of a national team delivering a variety of services in the residential and commercial markets. They must have the ability to focus in a busy team environment utilizing strong time-management skills to successfully multi-task while producing work of high quality. They must possess and exhibit a positive, “can do” attitude even in high stress situations with an unwavering commitment to “world class customer service.”
