Description:
Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with internal business partners to validate that curriculum solutions align to business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness
• Acquires and applies basic knowledge of the business, its products and processes to create training materials that solution business needs
• Develops training courses in various mediums based upon business needs
• Assists in managing content in the Learning library with edits, modifications and updates as needed.
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
• Participates in peer to peer reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and appropriate use of course content guidelines
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Skill and Abilities:
• High detail orientation
• Expertise with LMS and content development software such as: Vyond, Articulate, Rise 360, PhotoShop etc.
• Demonstrate experience designing and developing online, instructor-led, or blended learning programs
• Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of full cycle learning and development (e.g., design, delivery, evaluation).
• Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, etc)
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal skills and sound judgment
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
