RN SUPERVISOR FULL TIME OR PART TIME 4:00pm-12:30am
- $15,000 FULL TIME Sign on Bonus
- $7,500 Part Time Sign on Bonus
- Liberal shift differential for the eve and night shift.
Job Description:
- Eight hour responsibility and accountability for evaluating and maintaining quality care for residents.
- Responsible for assuring optimal nursing care through appropriate clinical and managerial activities including care planning.
- Responsible for addressing family concerns, directing and monitoring staff performance on off shifts.
- Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs. Makes rounds to assess staff and resident needs.
- Responsible for the quality of nursing care on specific shift. Collaborates with medical staff, other depts. to provide high quality care based on best practice standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current license by State Board of Nursing.
- Must pass Medication Testing and Skills Proficiency on annual basis. Three years of health care experience with Supervisor experience.

The base salary range for this position is $80K - $83K per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
