**Description**

**Partnership Management,**

You will support and empower TXOR-funded agencies through consistent and strategic partnership management, including facilitation of all communications with assigned partners.

**Maintain in-depth Program Expertise**

You will maintain in-depth program expertise for all TXOR-funded programs, including the Code of Federal Regulations, best practices in refugee services, and knowledge of resources available to refugee populations.

**Provide Knowledge and Comprehensive Technical Assistance**

You will provide knowledge and comprehensive technical assistance to assigned partners and collaborate with entire team to coordinate the continuity of partner training and tools.

**WORK HOURS**

Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours, depending on current program needs. This role is open to applicants in the Houston or DFW area.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our staff members can participate in a retirement plan with a generous dollar for dollar, up to 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Years Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity/critical illness leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay range based on skills and experience.
