Job Summary:
Masis Staffing in Lakeland is seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the movement of all received pallets through the facility, owning correct FEFO/FIFO as they manage the organization of storage and proper rotation. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Duties:
- Operate a Reach Truck to load, unload, and transport products and materials within the warehouse
- Stack and organize products in designated areas using the Reach truck/Forklift
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording product counts and locations
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage to products
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to fulfill orders and meet production goals
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory movement and update records
- Assist with order picking and shipping/receiving tasks as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Reach Truck/Forklift Operator or similar role in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, including reach trucks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
