We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient towing services to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to handle various types of vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed
- Secure vehicles properly on the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in operating a tow truck and using related equipment (e.g., flatbed)

- Clean driving record
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
