Responsibilities : Supply :

Supply :

Oversee the design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities to enhance net value, establish a competitive infrastructure, optimize global logistics, synchronize supply with demand, and assess performance on a global scale.

Customer Care :

Direct the overall direction, development, and implementation of customer supply chain management functions. Coordinate interfaces with all relevant functions, groups, and systems involved in the customer supply chain, including planning, internal and 3PL logistics, sales, and customer finance.

Drive industry trends analysis to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of own discipline and foundational understanding of related disciplines
  • Applies best practices and leverages internal or external business insights to enhance products or services
  • Tackles complex issues from a fresh perspective, drawing upon existing solutions
