Responsibilities:

• Develop leads: selling, closing, servicing the sale, customer relation maintenance, and providing second-to-none service.

• Place calls to current customers to build relationships, complete bids, and quotes.

• Set appointments with potential customers through phone and email outreach.

• Research prospective customers to determine their potential

• Collaborate with the production team to develop effective proposals/quotes for prospects.

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

• Stay current on industry trends, products, and market activity
