Store Sales Manager

Store Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Participate in outside marketing.

• Recruit and training staff to ensure the employees are properly trained.
• Solves escalated customer issues and concerns promptly
• Oversees Cellular Phone and Accessory cycle counts.
• Orders merchandise and supplies as needed.
• Drives operational efficiencies 
• Excellent communication skills, leadership, computer competency, problem solving
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.0
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Education, Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required with two plus or more years of equal experience
• Willingness to work FT 35-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary.
• Product knowledge
• Personable, motivated, excellent communication skills, professionalism, problem solving, Resolving conflict
• Phone skills, computer skills, Multi-tasking
• Trained in communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
