As a part of the leadership team, the Lead Counselor directs the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Program treatment unit. Provides the overall administrative management of the unit in conjunction with the Administrative Coordinator, Lead PCA, and the Clinical Director, and is involved in public relations activity to promote the agency and client care. Responsible to coordinate with other programs at Maryhaven and within the community.
